Proteocypher specialise in assessing the global protein expression profiles of blood, body fluid and tissue biopsy samples from patients with a range of autoimmune diseases, in particular arthritis.
Proteocypher can interpret these protein ‘fingerprints’or biomarker levels as an indicator of therapeutic response to a series of novel antibody based (biologic) treatments now available. Therefore those patients with a biomarker profile and clinical outcome which indicates little or no therapeutic benefit can be transferred to a more appropriate course of therapy.
